CANCELLATION POLICY

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a 25.00 fee. Failure to cancel an appointment and/or now shows will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no show” and will be treated as a missed appointment. Thank you for understanding.
